Lakeshore Women Who Care support Red Horse Center

Lakeshore Women Who Care of Allegan County (LWWC) is a philanthropic group of women with checkbooks who meet quarterly to financially support local organizations. At the meetings, women hear from three different non-profit groups and select one to support with checks for $100 written by each member.

The November LWWC meeting raised $7,600 to benefit the Horses Empowering Youth (HEY) program of the Red Horse Center for Collaborative Leadership. Fennville Public School students and staff benefit from the H.E.Y program which provides mental health support, therapeutic art, and leadership development through horses, nature, art, and dogs.

LWWC President Judy Graff is a Casco resident and former Casco Township Trustee.
